A bug, a question, or something the planner should do and does not. It reaches a person, not a queue, so a reply may take a day or two.
Two things come up often enough to answer here.
A day that has already passed will not change. Once a day is behind you the planner records what it said at the time and stops recomputing it, so editing your plan today cannot rewrite last month. That is deliberate — it is what stops cancelling a subscription in November erasing the three months you actually paid for it — but it does mean a bill entered late arrives after its day is already on the record.
Your figures are not visible to anyone. Nobody administering this site can open your plan, your spending or your recorded days; that is a limit built into the software, not a policy. So a message saying “my numbers look wrong” cannot be investigated by looking — describing what you expected and what you saw is what makes it fixable.
